MCB Hair Show - Paris

Over 40,000 visitors attended the MCB event in Paris back in September – a huge industry event attracting barbers and hairdressers from all over the globe. With 280 exhibitors present and 600 brands in attendance it was an enormous event showcasing the latest and greatest in the hair care industry.

Uppercut Deluxe was invited by leading French barbershop supplier O’Barbershop, to represent global barbering. Expert barber ambassador Chris Brownless from North West Barber Co was demonstrating his bespoke clipper fading techniques as part of the O’Barbershop exhibition.

Chris was also up on the main stage showcasing a cut similar to the ‘disconnected throwback’, styled with new addition to the range Easy Hold. A perfect complement to mid length hair that doesn’t need a heavy strong hold product. Chris followed the cut and style with a beard trim and showed how to get the best out of the Uppercut Deluxe Beard Balm – using it to care for beards, moustaches as well as the skin.

It’s apparent from the show that the barbering and grooming scene is definitely booming over in France, so you can be confident to find the MCB happening again next year!
